Transparencia

Aena guarantees the society's right to public information and uses these three means to request public information.

IN PERSON

How is the proccess?

  1. Fill in the information request form: Download Form (PDF - 490.04 kB)
  2. Go to the Aena General Registry with your ID or passport:
    C/ Peonías, 12, 28042 Madrid
  3. Your request will be processed
  4. A resolution will be given within a maximum period of one month, extendable to one more month in the case of complex or large-volume information.

BY MAIL

How is the proccess?

  1. Fill in the information request form: Download Form (PDF - 490.04 kB)
  2. Send your request, clearly indicating in the envelope << Consult Law 19/2013 >>, along with a photocopy of your ID or passport, to:
    Oficina de Presidencia
    C/ Peonías, 12, 28042 Madrid
  3. Your request will be processed
  4. A resolution will be given within a maximum period of one month, extendable to one more month in the case of complex or large-volume information.

How does the process work?

  2. Your request will be processed.
  3. You will receive a resolution within one month at the latest, though this deadline may be extended another month if the information is complex or if there is a large volume of information.
