The organisational chart of human resources at Aena is based on the model of management by competences. This model considers both behavioural and technical competences in each of the occupations defined in the company.

In this regard, for Aena, the protection of human rights is an essential part of its values and the minimum framework for action to guarantee the legitimate development of its business activity, which is reflected in its Human Rights Policy, as well as in the LGTBI+ Diversity Management Plan, focused on making LGTBI+ workers visible, guaranteeing safe and inclusive work spaces and disseminating the values of equality, justice and respect for sexual and gender diversity among Aena employees; This is in line with Law 4/2023 of 28 February, for the real and effective equality of trans people and for the guarantee of the rights of LGTBI+ people and especially with article 14, which seeks equal treatment and opportunities for LGTBI+ people in the workplace, while seeking to prevent, correct and eliminate all forms of discrimination in access to employment, professional promotion, working conditions and participation in trade union and business organisations.
