BLOCO DE ONZE AEROPORTOS DO BRASIL, S.A. AIRPORTS
Aena Internacional has been awarded the 30-year concession, with the possibility of an additional 5-year extension, to manage a further 11 airports in Brazil, located in four states (São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais and Pará), including Brazil’s second largest airport: Congonhas-São Paulo.
The group, known as the Bloco de Onze Aeroportos do Brasil, S.A. (BOAB), handled more than 26 million passengers in 2023 (97% more than in 2019), representing almost 13% of Brazil’s total traffic*. Specifically, São Paulo/Congonhas - Deputado Freitas Nobre Airport closed 2023 with more than 22 million passengers.
Aena Brasil started operating the eleven new BOAB airports between October and November 2023.

NORTHEAST AIRPORTS
Aena Internacional has been awarded the 30-year concession, with the possibility of an additional 5-year extension, of the Northeast Brazil airport group, comprising six airports (Recife, Maceió, Joao Pessoa-Bayeux, Aracajú, Juazeiro do Norte and Campina Grande).
The six airports in the Northeast recorded more than 14.7 million passengers in 2023 (106% more than in 2019), representing 7% of Brazil’s total traffic*. Specifically, Recife Airport is the seventh in Brazil in terms of total passenger traffic and the eighth in terms of international passenger traffic.
In the first quarter of 2020, Aena Brasil began operations at the six airports.

On 27 November 2013, Aena Internacional and Aerofi SàRL ("Aerofi"), subsidiary of Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity), acquired the concessionaire of London-Luton Airport in the United Kingdom. Aena Internacional currently has a 51% stake in the company's capital. The actual partner (49%) is Infrabridge.
GAP
At the end of 2023Aena International's involvement in the Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico SAB de CV (GAP), which operates 12 airports in Mexico, is carried out through the company Aeropuertos Mexicanos del Pacífico, SAPI de CV (AMP), which in turn is a strategic partner of GAP. It owns 19.3% of its capital (at 31 December 2023) and has signed a technical assistance contract. Aena International is the operating partner of AMP, with a 33.33% stake in its capital.
GAP is one of the largest privatised airport groups on the American continent, and it’s made up of the airports of Aguascalientes, Bajío, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, La Paz, Los Mochis, Manzanillo, Mexicali, Morelia, Puerto Vallarta, San José del Cabo and Tijuana.
GAP also has concessions in Jamaica for the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (through MBJ Airports Limited, with a 74.5% stake) and the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston (with a 100% stake in its concession company, PAC Kingston Airport Limited).
In 2023 total passenger traffic in airports belonging to the group was 63.5 million (56.5 million at Mexican airports, 5.2 million at Montego Bay and 1.7 million in Kingston), 12% more than in 2022.
GAP is developing an ambitious investment plan for the five year period from 2020-2024, to give the capacity and efficiency needed to its airports, with particular emphasis on sustainability.

Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport (CLO)
CaliCali Airport is managed by the company Aerocali S.A., in which Aena Internacional has a 50 percent holding. Colombia’s third airport in passenger numbers, it serves largely domestic traffic (83% of the total traffic), with the Cali-Bogotá air route being of great importance.
In 2023 the group transported a total of 6.8 million passengers, 8.0% less than the year before.

Until 29 February 2024, Sociedad Aeroportuaria de la Costa, S.A. (SACSA) was the concession company of Rafael Núñez International Airport in Cartagena de Indias, in which Aena Internacional was the operating partner.
In 2023, Cartagena de Indias Airport's passenger traffic amounted to 6.4 million.
