Travelling with pets can be complicated: preparing documentation, going through the airport, complying with regulations, etc. That's why Aena is launching Aena Pets by PetPass, a comprehensive solution that will help you travel with your pet in a more agile, comfortable and safe way.
With a single Aena Pets Digital Profile, you’ll be able to compile your pet's documentation and basic details, and have them always accessible before and during your time at the airport.*
For the duration of the pilot project, pet registration will be free of charge for the first 1,500 people who activate their Aena Pets account by clicking the "Register" link. An opportunity to enjoy many advantages free of charge until 12/05/2026.
*The digital profile is not valid as travel documentation for the time being.

To get Aena Pets Digital for free:
- Register from your Aena Club account.
- Fill in your pet's basic details in just a few minutes (breed, weight, age, microchip, vaccinations, etc.).
- Once you have saved your pet's details, you’ll be able to enjoy the exclusive advantages of Aena Pets.
